Please allow 1–5 business days for our warehouse team to process and dispatch your order. Most orders are shipped the same day from our retail store.
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 24–72 hours.
Orders marked as Pre-orders may take 5–8 weeks to be fulfilled, as each item is made to order. Be sure to check the estimated turnaround time before placing your order. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be shipped to the original address provided.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Please note: International orders may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. BACKYARD MARKET is not liable for these charges.
BACKYARD MARKET is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless Route Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

Our international shipping partners include Royal Mail, FedEx, and DPD.
In the case of returned packages due to incorrect information or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
