Due to the unique nature of the materials developed by BACKYARD MARKET, which are later exposed to natural garment dyeing, we ask that all wholesale and retail partners review the following policy before purchasing.
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments, and each piece is made with intention and care.
RETURNS & DAMAGE POLICY

A 2.0%–5.0% damage allowance is standard for all garment-dyed orders.

If the damage exceeds 5.0%, we will issue a Return Authorization, followed by a partial refund or discount code, based on the affected items.
We will only accept returns or refunds for damaged items that exceed this industry-standard allowance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days from the purchase date, as each wholesale order is custom-made to order (minimum order: 10 pieces).
MODIFIED / CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS

No returns or refunds will be accepted for garments that have been:

Screen printed
-
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printed

Embroidered
-
Dyed
-
Or otherwise customized or embellished

BACKYARD MARKET is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party vendors, including printers, embroiderers, wash houses, or any post-processing services.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All wholesale and retail orders placed through our website are made to order.
Once produced and shipped, orders cannot be returned unless:

The received items are damaged,

Stained,

Or have clear defects exceeding 6% of the total order.*
*While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, variations may occur due to individual screen settings and studio lighting. Slight differences in tone or shade are considered normal.
